A new blog to go with our new website! We're very enthusiastic about this next phase in both of the businesses. Coming on board in late 2007, I added a few feminine touches to the guest rooms and early this year, Javed successfully transformed the strictly a la carte restaurant into a busy contemporary bistro. The past nine months have seen many new beginnings including our marriage!   We hope that as we build our home together, the warmth and welcome we're creating is felt by all of our guests.

Keep an eye on this space for future updates and a glimpse of local happenings. As a Seattle gal and a London boy, it's our goal to show you Rye from a comprehensive perspective - he knows all of the ins and outs of Rye, and I'll be sharing things from a fresh new point of view.
