Cancellation Policy: Rooms
Please note, it is not our intention to ‘profit’ from any of the conditions outlined below:
If you cancel your room booking between 0 and 48 hours before your arranged arrival the full amount for the room(s) will be charged against your credit / debit card.
If you cancel your booking before the 48 hour period, we reserve the right to not refund your deposit of £25.00 per room per night.
Weekend Policy: Two-Night Minimum
Unless by prior arrangement, we operate a minimum two-night stay policy for weekend bookings. A weekend is defined where your arrival is either on a Friday or Saturday.
Smoking Policy
All areas of the premises are strictly non-smoking. We will apply a £25.00 surcharge against your credit / debit card to our Guests that do not adhere to our Smoking Policy in our Guest Rooms. This is to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with dealing with the after-effects of cigarette smoke.
Organic Toiletries Policy
The environment deserves our combined efforts so we’re asking our guests to partner with us in helping to expand our green practices. Each room is stocked with eco-friendly, organic shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. By choosing these environmentally-conscious products and re-using the aluminium containers, we reduce landfill surplus and hence our carbon footprint. Should these be removed from the rooms, we will apply a £5.00 per container charge to cover the cost associated with replacements.
Key Policy
You will be given a set of keys for your room upon check-in. You are free to retain your keys for the entire duration of your stay or you can hand them in to reception when you leave the building. However we do ask that you retain your keys when enjoying an evening out as we do not provide 24 hour reception service. You must return the keys to us when you check out. We reserve the right to charge £25.00 per set of keys not handed in and presumed lost, against your credit / debit card.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 8 – 9am (Sundays 9 – 10am). Should you require breakfast earlier we would be happy to organise a cold breakfast. Please let us know in advance by calling on 01797 224 748 and we will be happy to make the necessary arrangements.
And lastly, the White Vine House is a small, family-run establishment. Despite the above, if there is anything we can do prior and during your stay with us, such as organising flowers, chocolates, champagne or other achievable special requests, please let us know and we shall always do our best to oblige.
